This page is maintained by BloxPets to explain what information we collect and how we use it. It is app-owned editable content and is not a legal opinion.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a hashed password when you register directly, or your Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.
- Roblox profile: after you complete the Roblox OAuth flow we store your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar image URL. We do not receive or store your Roblox password.
- Order data: the pet you purchased, the price, the payment method and delivery status.
- Technical data: basic request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security and rate limiting.
2. How we use it
We use this information to run BloxPets: to authenticate you, to deliver pets to the correct Roblox account, to process payments, to prevent abuse, and to reply when you contact us.
3. Roblox OAuth scopes
When you link your Roblox account we request the
openid and profile scopes only. This lets us read your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar. We do not request permissions to post as you, manage your groups, message you, or read your private data.4. Payment providers
USD payments are processed by our payment partner (MoneyMotion). Your card details are entered on their secure page and never touch BloxPets servers. Robux payments are settled inside the Roblox platform.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers required to operate BloxPets (hosting, database, authentication, payments) and with in-game admins responsible for delivering your order.
6. Retention
Account and order data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us; once deleted we retain only the minimum records required for accounting and fraud prevention.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children
BloxPets is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements of the Roblox platform in their country. If you believe a child has provided us data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
