1. Who we are
BloxPets is a fan-made marketplace where players can purchase virtual pets that are then delivered inside the Roblox experience "Adopt Me!". BloxPets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Uplift Games. All game names, trademarks and characters are the property of their respective owners.
2. Accounts
To purchase items you must create a BloxPets account and link your Roblox account through the official Roblox OAuth flow. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. You must be old enough under your local laws to use Roblox and this service, and you must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use at all times.
3. Purchases and delivery
Prices are shown in either US Dollars (USD) or in-game Robux (R$). Payment in USD is processed by third-party payment providers; payment in Robux is verified inside the BloxPets Roblox experience. After payment is confirmed, delivery of the purchased pet is performed by an authorized admin inside "Adopt Me!" to the Roblox account you linked. Delivery times depend on admin availability and Roblox trade limits.
4. Refunds
All virtual items are digital and, once delivered in-game, are non-refundable. If a payment is captured but delivery does not occur within a reasonable window, contact us using the details on this page and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the order.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BloxPets to defraud other users, to launder in-game items, to resell delivered pets in violation of the Roblox Terms of Use, or to attempt to disrupt our services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Free spins and mystery drops
Promotional features such as the daily Spin and Super Spin are provided at our discretion, may change at any time, and may be limited by anti-abuse measures. Awarded discount codes are single-use and are non-transferable.
7. Disclaimers
BloxPets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
